Table tutu's are tied onto ribbon not elastic. This gives ease of application to any shaped table. Tape or similar is required to help keep the tutu in place as the tulle is heavy.
Tutus are based on size 2-5years, single layer petite length on elastic. Options to upgrade are available.
The rainbow addon options upgrade the wands to 6 rainbow ribbon wands. It upgrades the single tutu packs to a rainbow tutu instead of 3 colour max.
The party of 5 packs are upgraded to party of 6 packs with each tutu being one colour of the rainbow.
