Tutu clip holders are the perfect adornment for any little girls room. Custom made and can be made to match my tutu range or your childs room decor. Made from strong yet flexible corrugate plastic board backing for support, and batting so the front is soft and padded. Headband ribbon can either be crisscrossed across the bust or wide horizontal bands. The ribbon lengths in the 'tutu' part are perfect for clipping hair clips to. 'Loops' can be added on the clip holder or at the ends of the ribbon strips for hairties and extra headbands. As each tutu clip holder is individually made, they all vary from each other slightly.
