This gorgeous tulle dress is available in full length (Belle) or mid length (Hightea). The dress is made with yards of soft fluffy tulle and finished with a ribbon sash and/or ribbon straps. Can also be worn as a long tutu skirt. Ribbon wrapping around the top is additional - please use the felt brooch option. Single layer is the basic fullness if you have a tight budget Double layer is the usual fullness Triple layer is for extra fullness Custom made to your specifications, this stunning tutu dress can be made in your choice of colour(s) - see our tulle gallery for available colours - here. You can contact me before or after/at checkout to finalise colours and details. Extra embellishments like flower brooches are not included but can be added for additional charges.
